President
Rich Burgess
With more than 40 years of heavy civil construction experience, Rich has been serving as the President of AllSite Contracting since 2004. In addition to being a local leader in the heavy civil space, Rich also has over 10 years working experience in the installation and maintenance of advanced environmental, onsite wastewater and stormwater management systems.
CEO
John Forster
John Forster has served as the CEO of AllSite Contracting since 2007, and the President of NV Waterproofing since 2004. Prior to these experiences Forster worked in finance and business development for several San Francisco Bay area companies including Oracle and PeopleSoft.
Operations Director
Gary Wolfrey
With nearly 20 years of on-site, heavy civil construction experience, Gary has been serving AllSite since 2006. Through the years, Gary has been a part of every aspect of the scope of services AllSite offers. Wolfrey brings his real-world knowledge and experience to the leadership team of AllSite through the daily planning and execution of its onsite crew management and through the operation of its facilities.
